Actor-Director Prakash Raj is organising a grand premier of his debut film Naanu Nanna Kanasu on May 13 evening to the entire Kannada film industry and also the press. The film is being made under the banner of Media House and Prakash Raj's Duet films.
Prakash Raj who got the film censored recently says that the film is a product of a great team work.
'I really believe that any classic film can be made only with the hard efforts of the entire team. All the artists, technicians and workers have done extra ordinary work for the film. Thankfully I had chosen the best team members who can translate my dreams of making a good film in Kannada' says Prakash Raj.
Thanking the Kannada film audience for making the film's audio a big hit, Prakash Raj says that the credit for the film's musical success should go to Hamsalekha. . 'I am very happy that Music Hamsalekha who is a much revered Kannada film personality complimented me on seeing this film while doing the re-recording work’ says Prakash Raj who saw his guru turning emotional after completing his re-recording work.
Prakash Raj does not want to focus on any one actor or technician for the brilliant product.
‘I think every single artist who has worked for the film whether in a big role or in a small role deserves a high degree of appreciation. Guruji (Hamsalekha) told me that I have become a complete director and I felt too encouraged to hear such appreciative words from him. The artists and technicians have not only invested their talents, but they have loaded their passion and aspirations into the making of the film. I am sure that the audience who have an understanding of a good cinema will like this film’ says Prakash Raj .
Prakash Raj and his co-producer will be taking up a huge publicity build up for the film where he plans to use all his artists and friends in the industry.
Prakash says that his film is high on emotions and some people may feel that he has exaggerated on the emotional element in the film. "I think the story needs such a presentation. Naanu Nanna Kanasu belongs to all loving fathers as much as for their equally loving and passionate daughters. When we see many films exaggerating on the action and glamour quotient, I think it is not wrong on my part to exaggerate the emotional element in the film’ Prakash Raj concludes.
